Never settle for less than you need and deserve. Online 24x7 support is the only kind that ever makes the grade with computer-based study. Maybe burning the midnight-oil is not your thing; but for the majority of us however, we're at work when traditional support if offered.

Ensure all your qualifications are current and commercially required - don't bother with programs which lead to some in-house certificate (which is as useless as if you'd printed it yourself).
